Board Members
Kirk Doyle, Chairman of the BoardKirk is a lifetime Roseville Resident and owns Kirk Doyle Realty, founded in 1983. He serves on the Board of SureWest Communications Company, parent of Roseville Telephone Company. He served on the Board of Directors for Roseville 1st National Bank from 1994 until its merger with Western Sierra Bancorp and continued as a Director for Western Sierra Bancorp until June 2001. Kirk is a graduate of California State University Sacramento.
David Kaiser, President / CEODavid Kaiser has been a community banker for over 20 years, working in community banks in Roseville, Auburn and Yreka, California, in Reno and Carson City, Nevada. David joined Granite Community Bank, N.A. at it’s founding in 2002 as Senior Vice President and Chief Credit Officer. He was appointed to his present position of President/CEO by the Board of Directors in November 2004. Mr. Kaiser holds a Bachelor of Science from California State University, a Masters in Business Administration and is a graduate of The Pacific Coast Banking School from the University of Washington.
Mark Davis, Board MemberMark is president and owner of Sierra View Company, Inc., a company he founded in 1979. He was born and raised in Placer County and is a past and current board member for a number of non-profit charitable organizations. Mark served on the Board of Directors of Roseville 1st National Bank from 1994-1999.
Damon G. Eberhart, Board MemberDamon is a C.P.A. and owner of the local 5-person firm, Eberhart & Company, CPA’s, which has been providing tax, accounting and consulting services to a wide variety of individuals and companies since 1981. He has served on the board of a number of non-profit organizations including a term as Chairman of the Board of Roseville Community Hospital. He is a graduate of the University of the Pacific and has lived in the Roseville area since 1975.
Ronald L. Feist, Board MemberDr. Ronald Feist is the former Superintendent of the Eureka Union School District, a position he held for 22 years. He previously served in the positions of principal, administrator and teacher in several other school districts. Ron is a past President of the Granite Bay Chamber of Commerce, Kiwanis Clubs, Sierra Family Services and Granite Bay Municipal Advisory Committee. Dr. Feist is presently active in the Feist Education Consulting Services and continuing memberships serving the community. Dr. Feist holds a Bachelor of Arts, a Masters Degree and a Doctorate in Educational Administration.
Alan Frumkin, Board MemberAlan Frumkin is an attorney engaged in a private law practice since 1971. Mr. Frumkin served as the president of the San Lorenzo Unified School District, chairman of the Alameda County Drug Abuse Board, chairman of the Contra Costa County Drug Abuse Board, founder and chapter president of the San Ramon Valley Educational Foundation, chairman of the San Ramon Valley Adopt-a-School Committee, governor of Rotary District 5160 and director and president of the San Ramon Chamber of Commerce. In 1965 he received a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science from the University of California at Berkeley. He earned a Doctor of Jurisprudence Degree in 1970 from the San Francisco Law School and was admitted to the California State bar in 1971.
Marcus J. Lo Duca, Board MemberMarcus is an attorney with the Law Offices of Sandberg & Lo Duca, LLP, specializing in land use, environmental law, redevelopment law and all aspects of the administrative process before various public bodies. He is a past president of the Roseville Chamber of Commerce, the Associates Council of the Building Industry and the Crime Stoppers Foundation. Marcus served as a member of the faculty of the Government Department at CSUS. He received his Bachelor of Science and Masters Degrees in Government and is a graduate of U.C. Berkeley’s Boalt Hall.
Irma McClure, Board MemberIrma is President of IM Construction Company and Galilee Development & Construction Company in Roseville. She is a lifelong Roseville resident and is active in the community.
Renee Seeba, Board MemberRenee Seeba worked for Stanford University in the Controller's and Accounting offices for 13 years. Mrs. Seeba was on staff at Rosville 1st National Bank from 1991 through its merger with Western Sierra Bank. She worked with Polycomp Aministrative Services until joining her husband Rich in opening Granite Community Bank, N.A. in June of 2002 playing a major roll in establishing the Bank in the community.
Georgene Waterman, Board MemberGeorgene Waterman is the owner of Bridges to Leadership, a service that helps company executives and individuals achieve excellence by providing planning, training and coaching. She worked in the health care industry, serving as a registered nurse, Executive Director for Roseville Hospital and CEO for two acute care psychiatric hospitals. Georgene holds a Bachelor of Arts and received her Masters Degree and Ph.D. from Columbia Pacific University. She is a member and past president of the Granite Bay Rotary Club. Georgene has a monthly column in Prosper Magazine titled Insomnia where she gives advice to executives.
